Edition 2025 — Asparagus Festival
The thirty-seventh edition of the Asparagus Festival of Fossalon was held from April 25 to May 11, 2025, organized by Pro Loco Grado. Throughout the event, food and wine stalls offered dishes made with Fossalon white asparagus, with direct zero-kilometer sales, a funfair, and homemade desserts.
The schedule included numerous music and dance evenings: from the Pinkarmada concert on April 25 to orchestras and bands on subsequent days (Rastafischio, Exes, Cindy and the Rock History, Orchestra Fantasy, Altatensione), and dance lessons on May 11. During May, the Asparagus Exhibition of Fossalon was held with the awarding of the silver 'sgorbia' to the best Friulian producer.
