The 2025 edition of the Asparagus Festival enlivened the cloisters of the Polirone Monastery of San Benedetto Po with asparagus-based food stands, the Lambrusco tasting counter, and guided tours of the monuments, confirming itself as one of the most popular spring festivals in the Mantua region.
In 2025, the Asparagus Festival in San Benedetto Po offered its usual program of gastronomy, wine, and culture in the cloisters of the Polirone complex.
The pairing with 'Lambrusco a Palazzo' and the openings of the monuments made the event an opportunity to combine the flavors of the Mantua spring with the discovery of Benedictine heritage.
