Ascolinscena XVIII Edition (2025-2026)

The eighteenth edition of Ascolinscena enlivened the PalaFolli Theatre in Ascoli Piceno from late October 2025 to late March 2026, with a programme of eight performances and over sixty companies registered for the competition from all over Italy.

Among the titles in the programme: "Tre papà e un bebè" (Quanta Brava Gente, Grottaglie), "Quattro dopo mezzanotte" (Compagnia Namastè, Lecco), "Il colloquio" (Nuovo Teatro Tempesta, Florence), "La nutrice, Romeo & Giulietta" (Compagnia Teatrale Arca, Trevi), "Trappola mortale" (Laboratorio Minimo Teatro, Ascoli Piceno), and "Che pasticcio Mrs. Peach" (Compagnia della Lira, Casamassima).

On the final evening of March 28, 2026, "Il colloquio" by Nuovo Teatro Tempesta won the award for best performance, while "Che pasticcio Mrs. Peach" by Compagnia della Lira received the award for best staging and audience favourite. In the Avis In Corto competition, the Golden Drop went to "Red Flags" by Collettivo del Numero Zero (Corsico).
