Edition 2025 — Ascolana Fried Mixed Grill Cossignano

In the summer of 2025, the Ascolana Fried Mixed Grill Festival once again drew food lovers of Piceno cuisine to Cossignano. In Piazzale Europa, the Pro Loco Cossinea served the iconic stuffed olive along with cremini, fried vegetables, and local wines for several evenings, accompanied by the usual music and shows that characterize this historic village festival.

The 2025 edition of the Ascolana Fried Mixed Grill Festival confirmed the formula that has made this event one of the most anticipated of the summer in Cossignano, province of Ascoli Piceno. In Piazzale Europa, the volunteers of the Pro Loco Cossinea prepared the traditional Piceno mixed fried dish — Ascolana olive, cremini, battered vegetables, meat, and cheese — accompanied by the region's native wines. Each evening concluded with live music and entertainment, in an atmosphere of popular celebration that brought together residents and visitors under the August stars.
