Edition 2025 — Artiturismo Ripe San Ginesio

In 2025, the Artiturismo of Ripe San Ginesio had not yet taken place as a public event; the village in the Val di Fiastra was in the application and preparation phase for the widespread hospitality model promoted by the Marche Region and Confartigianato. This was the process that led to the official inauguration of Italy's first 'Artiturismo' village in May 2026.

Towards the First 'Artiturismo' Village

Before its debut in May 2026, Ripe San Ginesio (MC) worked on developing the Artiturismo project, an innovative model that recognizes artisan workshops as cultural and productive strongholds of the territory. The Marche Region, along with Confartigianato Imprese Macerata-Ascoli Piceno-Fermo and the Municipality, defined in this phase the qualified hospitality network and the regional registry that form the basis of the initiative.

The village in the Val di Fiastra, on its path to rebirth after the 2016 earthquake, was chosen as a pilot laboratory: a decision that culminated with the 2026 inaugural event, the first public Artiturismo event in Italy.
