ARTinCIRCO — International Festival of Contemporary Circus and Performing Arts

The eighth edition of the International Festival ARTinCIRCO brought two weeks of contemporary circus to Ozzano dell'Emilia from April 19 to May 4, 2025, under the big top set up in the green area opposite the town hall. The highlight of the festival was the Italian-French company Circo Zoé, with the double programs "Naufragata" (Shipwrecked) and "Deserance", featuring nine artists on stage and live music. The lineup also included artists such as Andrea Farnetani, Alessandro Maida, and Francesco Sgrò. Alongside the shows, the festival offered free concerts in the park with young bands, circus workshops, juggling and aerial acrobatics for everyone, creative wooden games, animated storytelling, and the photographic exhibition "Circus Love", recognized as one of the Special Projects 2025 by the Directorate of Spectacle of the Ministry of Culture. The edition also extended its stops to Minerbio and Imola, confirming the event's widespread vocation.
