Arti e Fiori 2025 — August 20 and 21

The 2025 edition enlivened the historic center of Taviano (province of Lecce) for two evenings with free admission. On Wednesday, August 20, the official opening, with the ribbon-cutting by the Municipal Administration around 7:30 PM, gave way to the Night of the Circus — clowns, jugglers, stilt walkers, dancers, and fire-eaters — and the evocative aerial dance (waterbowl show) by performer Paola Quistini, suspended over a water tank. The evening continued with folk circles of Salento music and dance and, at 10:30 PM, with the rock concert by Leggera Follia.

Thursday, August 21, was the turn of Sublime Tango, with singer Sarita Schena, pianist Mariano Speranza, and the group Tango Spleen, followed at 10:30 PM by the tribute to Fabrizio De André by Papaveri Rossi, blending music and poetry. A rich interweaving of artistic languages that confirmed the vocation of the "city of flowers" of lower Salento.
