Arrosticino Day – Abruzzese Arrosticini Festival

The 2025 edition of Arrosticino Day enlivened the summer in Vasto, in the province of Chieti, with the usual evenings dedicated to Abruzzese arrosticini in Piazza Alcide De Gasperi (Zona 167). The stalls served sheep skewers grilled over charcoal along with local products, in a convivial atmosphere that confirmed the event as one of the delicious highlights of the city's summer program.

As per tradition, the event combined the appeal of Abruzzo's signature dish with the life of the piazza, with the inevitable scent of charcoal acting as the protagonist throughout the evenings. Free admission and the simple format of the festival made the event a genuine meeting point for families, young people, and visitors to the Trabocchi Coast.
