Edition 2025 — Aromi d'Alta Quota
The 2025 edition of Aromi d'Alta Quota confirmed the formula that combines botany and cuisine at Rifugio Averau, at Cinque Torri in Cortina d'Ampezzo. The week dedicated to mountain aromatic herbs offered walks to discover alpine flora and dishes that enhance their aromas, as part of the refuge's summer program and Cortina Delicious. An opportunity to experience the Belluno Dolomites in a slow-paced way, amidst nature and good food at altitude.
