Armònia Yoga Fest

The first edition of the Armònia Yoga Fest, in 2025, inaugurated this new event in Coazzolo dedicated to wellness in the heart of the Asti Monferrato. The day, from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, offered yoga and meditation practices for all levels, from Rocket to Yoga Nidra.

The rich program included free-access inspirational talks, in-depth sessions on Ayurvedic and energetic nutrition, plant-based cooking classes, creative workshops (from incense making to eye pillows), and holistic treatments such as Shiatsu, Thai Foot, and Kobido facial rituals. There was also space for art, with an exhibition and a living art performance by Annalisa Rinaldi, and for children with the Yoga Kids area. The day was rounded off by a Food & Beverage area and the Emporio with holistic offerings.
