Edition 2025 — ARGINI Festival

ARGINI Festival was launched in 2026 as a new widespread cultural project by the Emilia-Romagna Region along the Po River: the Sorbolo Mezzani stop on July 18 therefore belongs to the very first edition. In 2025, there was no corresponding event yet, but the municipality in the Bassa Parmense region, province of Parma, already experienced its "river summer" between the Porto di Mezzani, the Po floodplains, and local cultural initiatives.

In 2025, ARGINI Festival, launched as a widespread project along the Po River in 2026, did not yet exist: the Sorbolo Mezzani stop actually belongs to its very first edition. However, the municipality, in the province of Parma (Emilia-Romagna), already lived its river dimension around the Porto di Mezzani and the Po floodplains, places that today become the stage for the festival.

It is on this deep connection between the town and the great river that, from 2026 onwards, the Mezzani stop of ARGINI Festival is built, with its offering of music, theatre, and performances designed to interact with the landscape of the Bassa Parmense region.
