The first season at Parco Pietro Rosa

Summer 2025 saw the birth of Arena Pietro Rosa, the open-air film festival at Parco XXV Novembre in Lido di Ostia, in Municipio X of the City of Rome. The project, presented by Sbam Produzioni S.r.l.s., was included in the final ranking of the Rome Capital public notice managed by Zètema Progetto Cultura, in the subsection reserved for neighborhood arenas, with a score of 70 out of 100 and a grant of 25,560 euros.

The formula is typical of Roman arenas: evening open-air screenings in a local green space, in a neighborhood that comes alive primarily in the evening during the summer. Parco XXV Novembre, which residents have always called Parco Pietro Rosa, had already been identified in the past by Municipio X as a venue for summer film festivals aimed at families on the coast.
