Edition 2025 — Arena Forte Antenne
The 2025 edition
The 2025 season of the Forte Antenne arena, in the Municipio II district of Rome, was inaugurated on May 15 with a presentation evening dedicated to Pupi Avati, a director and screenwriter recently awarded the David di Donatello for Lifetime Achievement: after the meeting with the public and institutional greetings, his cult film The House with Laughing Windows was screened.
Regular screenings started on May 20 and continued until October, from Tuesday to Sunday, with free admission. The lineup alternated thematic festivals with auteur titles: among the most popular sections, a cycle dedicated to the relationship between cinema and journalism, featuring cornerstones such as Citizen Kane, All the President's Men, and The Post, and a retrospective built around the twenty-five years of activity of a historic independent distribution house, with ten restored titles.
The edition confirmed the fort's vocation as a neighborhood cultural space, managed by the association Il Condominio APS with the support of Municipio II and Roma Capitale.
