/Are Fest 2025: «Restanza» in Guagnano

The 2025 edition of the /Are Fest – Terre del Negroamaro was held in Guagnano (Lecce, Apulia) on Friday, July 18, and Saturday, July 19, 2025, with the theme «Restanza», the art of staying in a place, articulated in the three actions of planting roots, inhabiting cultures, and passing down flavors.

The Piazza dei Vignaioli, in Piazza Maria SS. del Rosario, brought together over twenty Apulian wineries, including Feudi di Guagnano, Leone De Castris, Cantina Moros, and Severino Garofano. In the historic palaces, «Shades of Negroamaro» food experiences took place at Palazzo Mucci, with chefs Alfredo De Luca and Valentina De Palma, alongside wine tastings dedicated to Negroamaro, such as «Negroamaro in the courtyard» in Vico San Luigi.

Friday featured DJ sets and street musical performances, with the Gambling Band and the Ensemble Fondo Verri; on Saturday, from 8:00 PM, the Terre del Negroamaro Prize ceremony took place, followed late in the evening by the free concert by Nina Zilli, a stop on her summer tour. The event was organized by the Municipality of Guagnano with the coordination of Puglia Expò and the support of institutional partners from the Salento territory.
