Edition 2025 — Archaeology Week

In the summer of 2025, Archaeology Week brought the Halaesa Arconidea Archaeological Area in Tusa to life as part of the municipality's regular summer calendar. Among the ruins of the city founded in 403 BC, tours and discovery activities took place, confirming the July event as a central moment of Tusa's cultural offering, capable of combining archaeological heritage with the Blue Flag sea of the Messina territory.

The 2025 edition

In 2025, the Archaeology Week once again represented one of the cultural highlights of the summer in Tusa, in the Province of Messina. The initiative, dedicated to the Halaesa Arconidea Archaeological Area, offered a week of tours and activities focused on the history of the ancient Sicilian city.

The event confirmed its status as an integral part of the municipality's summer programme, linking the discovery of the archaeological site to other seasonal events, from performances among the ruins to festivals featuring local products.
