Edition 2025 — Aquileia Film Festival
The XVI edition of the Aquileia Film Festival took place in the summer of 2025 in Piazza Capitolo, with six evenings of international archaeological cinema documentaries and the presentation of the Aquileia Award, a mosaic by the Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli.
The XVI edition took place in the summer in Piazza Capitolo in Aquileia, confirming the formula of the international archaeological cinema review organized by Fondazione Aquileia with Archeologia Viva and Firenze Archeofilm. Six evenings of documentaries dedicated to archaeology and ancient civilizations, with guests and in-depth discussions, and the awarding of the Aquileia Award to the best film in competition, a mosaic by the Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli, to the applause of a large audience.
