Edition 2025 — Applausi a Scena Aperta
The 2025 edition of Applausi a Scena Aperta took place in Mentana with four evenings between 11 July and 1 August, all starting at 9:30 PM. Three shows were staged at the Ara-Ossario Garibaldino Gardens, while the final evening was an itinerant production in the historic centre featuring about twenty actors. Artistic direction by David Mastinu for the DamArte Association.
The 2025 edition of Applausi a Scena Aperta
The summer theatre festival of Mentana returned in 2025 with four events, all at 9:30 PM, promoted by the municipality under the artistic direction of David Mastinu and the DamArte Cultural Association.
- Friday 11 July — Du du du, with Alessandra Merico and Claudia Portale, at the Ara-Ossario Garibaldino Gardens.
- Saturday 19 July — Radio Aut, dedicated to the radio and life of Peppino Impastato, with Pierpaolo Saraceno and Maria Paola Tedesco; admission 5 euros.
- Friday 25 July — Ce l'ho, ce l'ho mi manca, with Matteo Cirillo.
- Friday 1 August — Così è, mi pare, by David Mastinu: itinerant show with about twenty actors through the historic centre of Mentana, starting from Piazza San Nicola.
The formula confirmed the identity of the event: a few evenings, different genres ranging from social theatre to comedy and storytelling, and a strong connection to the town's symbolic locations.

Prices
Admission at 5 euros for the evening of 19 July 2025; for the other shows, access was at an affordable price with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis.
