Edition 2025 — Appennino Festival
The 2025 Appennino Festival marked the sixteenth edition of the event. From May 4th to October 12th, the festival enlivened the Apennine villages of Abruzzo, Marche, Lazio, and Umbria with 27 events, including concerts, theatrical and contemporary circus performances, and hiking and nature itineraries. In 2025, the format once again combined hiking in the Apennine nature with the promotion of local traditions and communities, with the goal of revitalizing the territories affected by the 2016 earthquake, including mountain towns in the province of L'Aquila such as Capitignano.
