In 2025, the Appennino Bike Tour continued its journey along the Apennine ridge to promote slow mobility and inland territories, with stages dedicated to the cycle touring discovery of the villages and parks of the central-southern Apennines.

In 2025, the Appennino Bike Tour once again animated the Apennine ridge with its long cycle touring itinerary, promoting slow mobility and inland areas. The confirmation of the Carovilli stage for 2026, announced as early as late 2025, attests to the initiative's deep roots in the Alto Molise territory and the MAB Biosphere Reserve. Details of each 2025 stage were communicated from time to time by the organizers.
