Edition 2025 — Apfelstrudel-Fest Madritschhütte
The 2025 edition of the Apfelstrudel-Fest was held on August 15, 2025, starting at 12:30 PM, at the Madritschhütte refuge above Solda all'Ortles. In keeping with tradition, guests were able to enjoy free freshly baked South Tyrolean apple strudel, accompanied by live music in the stunning high-altitude setting of the Ortler Alps.
Apfelstrudel-Fest 2025
The 2025 edition took place on Friday, August 15, 2025, starting at 12:30 PM, at the Madritschhütte refuge, at 2,820 m above Solda all'Ortles (municipality of Stelvio/Stilfs), in South Tyrol.
The highlight of the day was the apple strudel, prepared on the spot with South Tyrolean apples and offered for free tasting, accompanied by live music on the refuge terrace, in the heart of the Stelvio National Park.
