Edition 2025 — Aperi'Mballa

In the summer of 2025, Aperi'Mballa once again enlivened the Spinete countryside with its aperitif on hay bales: platters of cured meats and cheeses, local specialties, and a rustic atmosphere for one of the most beloved events in the Matese village.

The 2025 edition of Aperi'Mballa confirmed the success of the original Spinete aperitif: participants enjoyed platters and local specialties while sitting on hay bales, immersed in the Spinete countryside. A convivial event that every summer celebrates the rural landscape of the Molise Matese and local gastronomic traditions.
