Edition 2025 — Fried Fish and Salt Cod Festival
2025 Edition
The Antraccoli Fried Fish and Salt Cod Festival was held in 2025 over two weekends, between late May and early June, with food stalls opening at 7:00 PM. That year, the stars of the table were once again the mixed fried seafood, salt cod, cacciucco, and other seafood specialties prepared by the volunteers of the Associazione Paesana La Biribaola.
The event, hosted in Antraccoli (Municipality of Lucca, Tuscany), confirmed its character as a popular festival with outdoor dining and evenings of music and dancing, strengthening a tradition deeply felt by the community of the Lucca plain.
