Antiqua – Stella Splendens in Candia Canavese

The 2025 edition of Antiqua, the thirtieth of the festival promoted by the Accademia del Ricercare, brought medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque music to numerous historic venues between Piedmont and Liguria, under the motto "Timeless music, endless passion". All events featured free admission.

The church of Santo Stefano del Monte in Candia Canavese (TO), due to its acoustics and intimate atmosphere, has for years been one of the favorite venues for the festival in the Canavese, confirming the bond between the village and the great tradition of early music performed with historically informed criteria.
