Antica Fiera Franca di Gazzo

The 2025 edition, the 245th, of the Antica Fiera Franca di Gazzo (Padova) took place on October 11 and 12. The fair confirmed its centuries-old identity, with transhumance — the passage of flocks returning from the mountains — and the Provincial Competition for Rendena cattle, a breed typical of Val Rendena now widespread also in the Veneto area between Padua, Vicenza, and Bassano del Grappa.

Around these events, there was a market exhibition of crafts, typical products, and zero-kilometre products, educational farm activities and workshops on milk, gastronomic stands of the Pro Loco, live music, and entertainment for all ages, with the presence of the mascot "Rendy" from Pinzolo in the village streets. The event was organised by the Municipality of Gazzo with the Pro Loco of Gazzo Padovano.
