Anolino Festival 2025 — 4th edition
The fourth edition of the Anolino Festival was held in Trevozzo (Alta Val Tidone, Piacenza) on Saturday, October 25, and Sunday, October 26, 2025, at the "G. Fuso Nerini" Multipurpose Centre.
Saturday evening featured the opening of the food stalls and dancing with the Paolo Bagnasco orchestra, followed by DJ Hercules. Sunday offered cotechino sandwiches from the morning, lunch at the stalls, and an afternoon of dancing until 6 PM with the Athos Bassissi orchestra.
The stars of the table were anolini in broth, mixed boiled meats, cotechino, Piacenza-style filling, as well as French fries, desserts, cakes, DOP cured meats, and DOC wines from Val Tidone. "People gladly come to dance indoors and taste the excellent anolini," commented Pro Loco president Luca Cassi.
