Edition 2025 — Apparitions of Our Lady of Sorrows
In 2025, the 137th anniversary of the Apparitions of Our Lady of Sorrows in Castelpetroso was commemorated. The celebrations, preceded by the traditional Septenary, followed the established pattern: the vigil on March 21st with Eucharistic adoration, a solemn Mass, and the torchlight procession to the site of the Apparitions, and on March 22nd, Masses and solemn celebrations with the presence of the archbishops of the region.
The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Sorrows, in the province of Isernia, confirmed its role in 2025 as one of the most important pilgrimage destinations in Molise, welcoming thousands of faithful.

- Septenary preceding the celebrations
- Vigil (March 21st) — Eucharistic adoration, solemn Mass, torchlight procession to the site of the Apparitions
