Ancient Saint Lucia Fair

The 2025 edition of the Ancient Saint Lucia Fair confirmed its role as the oldest and most beloved event of the Bolognese Christmas. From November 7 to December 26, under the Portico dei Servi, the stalls offered nativity figurines in terracotta and papier-mâché, Christmas decorations, handmade candles, and traditional sweets prepared on-site, such as nougats, brittle candies, and cotton candy.

The fair was inaugurated on November 10, 2025, and welcomed Bolognese residents and visitors every day in search of the authentic Advent atmosphere, just a short walk from the Two Towers. An edition that reaffirmed the deep bond between the city and a tradition lasting over four centuries.
