Edition 2025 — Ancient Press Pasta

The eleventh edition of the Ancient Press Pasta Festival took place on Saturday, July 5, 2025, in Fontana Perrelli, Piazza Padre Pio, in the Municipality of Minturno. From 8:00 PM, food stalls opened with rustic-style dishes to rediscover the authentic flavor of press-made pasta; from 9:00 PM, the evening continued with live music, dancing, and outdoor entertainment until midnight.

The Ancient Press Pasta Festival returned to Fontana Perrelli, a village in Minturno, Latina province, on Saturday, July 5, 2025, for its eleventh edition. The event, hosted as always in Piazza Padre Pio, celebrated the ancient traditions of the wheat harvest and pasta prepared according to the customs of the past.

The food stalls opened at 8:00 PM with rustic dishes and press-made pasta, the absolute star of the evening. From 9:00 PM, live music accompanied dancing under the stars until midnight, in a free-entry event that attracted residents and visitors from the southern Pontine area.
