Edition 2025 — Cianciana Harvest Festival
The 5th edition (2025)
The 2025 edition of the Harvest Festival enlivened Cianciana, in the province of Agrigento, from July 31 to August 3, with the heart of the events in Piazza Aldo Moro. The festival opened on Thursday, July 31, with the traditional Manciata di ciciri e favi, a ritual of thanksgiving to the earth.
Among the most popular events: the Cianciana Borgo GeniusLoci De.Co. recognition, showcooking by chef Salvo Terruso and world couscous champion Francesco Bonomo, conferences dedicated to Sicilian agroecology and the Sicani Mountains Truffle, as well as performances by pastry chef Lillo Freni. The musical evenings featured Lello Analfino with Tork & Star, Enrico Nigiotti, and the cabaret of Sasà Salvaggio, accompanied by the Sikanian Street Band.
