Edition 2025 — Antichi Sapori di Rivotorto
The 2025 Edition
In 2025, the Ancient Flavors of Rivotorto Festival once again brought its gastronomic evenings dedicated to traditional Umbrian cuisine to the village of Rivotorto, a hamlet of Assisi. The Pro Loco home cooks offered a different menu each night, from appetizers to traditional first courses and desserts, in a village festival atmosphere.
The food stalls, open in the evening, were accompanied by live music and shows for all ages, confirming the festival as one of the most cherished events of the Assisi summer.
