Edition 2025 — Festival of the Rufioi

The 2025 edition of the Ancient Festival of the Rufioi renewed the ultracentenarian appointment in Costeggiola di Soave with the traditional sweet raviolo. In a heated marquee, among rufioli, local specialties, Soave wines, and musical evenings, the hamlet celebrated its identity product.

The 2025 Rufioi Festival confirmed in Costeggiola di Soave the long tradition linked to the rufiolo, a sweet crescent-shaped raviolo filled with amaretti, dried fruit, and spices. The kitchens in the heated marquee offered the typical dessert alongside local specialties and Soave wines.

Organized by Pro Loco Soave and Amici di Costeggiola, the festival featured musical evenings, animal blessings, and the competition for the best homemade rufioi, reaffirming itself as one of the most beloved winter festivals in the Veronese area.
