Ancient Festival of Saint Michael – Festival of Pioppini Mushrooms

In 2025 too, the Ancient Festival of Saint Michael brought the festival dedicated to pioppini mushrooms to Costozza di Longare, with the mushrooms being the stars of the food stand on Via Chiesa Nuova. Alongside the mushrooms, the evenings offered the characteristic fritoe de Costoza, a selection of local wines, and other traditional dishes, with musical entertainment, dance performances, exhibitions, sporting events, and the charity raffle. A festival that every autumn renews the bond of the village of Costozza, in the Berici Hills, province of Vicenza, with its traditions.
