Edition 2025 — Our Lady of Borghetto

In 2025, Borghetto sul Mincio once again celebrated its oldest festival, the Ancient Festival of Our Lady of Borghetto, on March 25th, the day of the Annunciation. The 'Madòna de Borghét' renewed, at the church of Santa Maria, a Marian tradition rooted in the village's history for over nine centuries, in a solemn and deeply felt atmosphere by the community.

The 2025 edition of the Ancient Festival of Our Lady of Borghetto took place on March 25th, the day of the Annunciation, at the historic church of Santa Maria in Borghetto sul Mincio, a hamlet of Valeggio sul Mincio (VR).

The Marian feast of the 'Madòna de Borghét' confirmed its identity value for the community of Borghetto, once again linking the village of the mills to its centuries-old history, from its Benedictine origins to the presence of the Knights Templar. A recurrence lived with devotion, in the heart of one of Veneto's most beautiful villages.
