Ambarabà - Festival di Teatro Ragazzi e di Figura

The 27th edition of Ambarabà, from July 9 to August 6, 2025, confirmed the travelling nature of the festival organized by Teatro Giovani Teatro Pirata, a social enterprise based in Jesi. The programme, with fifteen shows, touched seven municipalities in the province of Ancona — Arcevia, Chiaravalle, Corinaldo, Ostra, Santa Maria Nuova, Senigallia, and Serra San Quirico — offering marionettes, traditional puppets, actor theatre with puppets, storytelling, fairy tales, juggling, and silent circus.

Among the most anticipated moments of the edition was the return of the Paese dei Balocchi (Land of Toys), from August 1 to 3 in Serra San Quirico. Although Jesi is the company's home city and the organizational heart of the festival, it contributed mainly with the overall direction of the review and its ticket office, while the shows were distributed in the municipalities of the Vallesina and the Misa and Nevola valleys. The ticket price remained affordable, a single seat at €5 with a reduced rate for the very young.
