Edition 2025 — Carnival of the Paniccià

The 40th edition of the Carnevale de li Paniccià was held in Amandola from February 22nd to March 8th, 2025. The main parade on Sunday, February 23rd, saw "a river of people never seen before," with 15 allegorical floats, 5 masked groups, and the participation of numerous towns in the Sibillini region. The celebrations concluded with the traditional Bonfire of King Carnival on March 4th.

The 40th Carnevale de li Paniccià in Amandola took place from February 22nd to March 8th, 2025, celebrating an important milestone for one of the oldest masked events in the Marche region. The grand parade on Sunday, February 23rd featured 15 allegorical floats and 5 masked groups, with floats also created by the neighboring municipalities of Montemonaco, Comunanza, Montefortino, Sarnano, and San Ginesio. Among the winners were the primary school of Amandola with the theme "Dia de Los Muertos," the float from Montefortino, and the "Flintstones" float. The festivities continued with the Children's Carnival (February 27th), dancing evenings, and the Bonfire of King Carnival on March 4th in Piazza Risorgimento, which was met with an extraordinary turnout.
