Edition 2025 — Alta Maremma Festival
The 2025 edition of the Alta Maremma Festival brought Civitella Marittima to life from June 13 to 15 with a rich medieval-themed program. Friday opened with the theatrical show Buffi Misteri by the Canguasti Teatro company, accompanied by the music and dances of the Archam Folk Band. Saturday featured live music by the Bestie di Bacco, medieval games, pyromancy, juggling, and a seminar on medieval theater. On Sunday, after a guided tour of the village starting from Via Cavour, the historical parade of the Corte dell'Ardenghesca with drummers and flag-wavers took place, followed by the grand finale, the Gran Palio Storico dei Carretti, which crowned the winning district.
