Aloisian Year — Molinello Festival

In the years preceding the Aloisian Year, Casaloldo has kept alive the connection with the figure of Saint Aloysius Gonzaga and with the history of the Gonzaga family, preserved in the Palazzo Aliprandi Gonzaga. The initiatives of the ecomuseum and the community have enhanced the sacred sites and the memory of the Mantua territory.

This work of rediscovery has laid the foundation for the 2026 celebrations, the year marking the 300th anniversary of the canonization of the Jesuit saint, and in which the Molinello Festival takes on a particularly solemn significance.
