Edition 2025 — Novello Wine Festival

The 2025 edition of the Alliste Novello Wine Festival took place on November 11, 2025, for St. Martin's Day. The historic center welcomed novello wine tastings and a market fair, with stalls featuring typical Salento products: pittule, cheeses, cured meats, and chestnuts. A popular festival evening with free admission, part of the rich calendar of new wine celebrations in the Salento November.

The 2025 edition

The Alliste Novello Wine Festival was held on November 11, 2025, on the occasion of St. Martin's Day. The town's historic center, in the province of Lecce, hosted tastings of the season's new wine along with the traditional market fair.

Along the streets of the town, the stalls offered the flavors of the Salento autumn — pittule, cheeses, cured meats, and local typical products — to accompany glasses of novello.
