Alkantara Fest – Concerts in Aci Bonaccorsi

The 21st edition of the Alkantara Fest was held in July 2025, confirming the festival's itinerant and widespread formula. The heart of the event took place from July 24 to 27 at the Azienda Agricola Il Pigno, in the hamlet of Pisano in Zafferana Etnea (Metropolitan City of Catania), with preview events starting from July 12.

Four stages set up within the farm welcomed artists from the international folk and world music scene, alongside workshops on dance and music, nature excursions on Mount Etna, shows for children, and food and wine offerings. Tent camping was also available for full-pass holders. The 2025 edition consolidated the festival's position among the best European world music events, confirming the Darshan Association's vocation to make Sicily a crossroads of musical cultures.
