Alberoro Watermelon Festival

The 2025 edition of the Alberoro Watermelon Festival took place from Thursday, July 17th to Sunday, July 27th in the San Marco Oratory Gardens, in Monte San Savino, in the province of Arezzo. Food stalls opened every evening from around 7:30 PM, offering appetizers, pasta dishes, Chianina beef and sausage main courses, pizza, the paella and sangria evening, and of course, fresh watermelon.

The event, organized by the committee chaired by Filippo Peruzzi, featured live music and dancing every night. The closing evening on Sunday, July 27th, saw the Claudia Scarciafratte orchestra animate the dance floor. Admission was free, confirming the festival's great appeal to the community of Alberoro and the Valdichiana.
