Albano Laziale Lights Up for Christmas (Christmas markets and illuminations)

The 2025-2026 edition of "Albano Laziale Lights Up for Christmas" took place from November 29, 2025, to January 10, 2026, organized by the Municipality of Albano Laziale. The historic center, along with the districts of Cecchina and Pavona, was illuminated by over 180 LED lighting elements, with five monumental trees and the large 3D Comet Star becoming symbols of the holidays.

The heart of the edition was the nativity scenes: the 12th edition of "Albano in… Presepe!" at the "Mario Antonacci" Civic Museum, featuring over 40 works, the 33rd Artistic Nativity Scene of Cecchina in Piazza XXV Aprile, and the Porta Pretoria nativity scene along Via Settimo Severo. The calendar featured gospel and sacred concerts, historical-musical shows, film screenings, and numerous activities for children, from the Cavalcade of the Magi to the arrival of Santa Claus in the districts.
