Edition 2025 — Alba Carnival

The 2025 edition of the Alba Carnival featured the masks Lasagnon and Ciucia Barlet as protagonists of the Carlevé benéfich, with visits to nursing homes, schools, and local facilities. The Children's Grand Ball was held on Saturday, March 1st at the Palazzo Mostre e Congressi, followed by the Mussotto Carnival (March 2 and 4) and the Carvé Vej in Piana Biglini on Sunday, March 9.

The 2025 Alba Carnival organized by the Famija Albèisa combined tradition and solidarity. The masks Lasagnon and Ciucia Barlet visited the Monticello d'Alba nursing home on February 11, followed by visits to the Bishop, the Mayor, the Fire Department, and the Ottolenghi and Cottolengo facilities, in the spirit of the Carlevé benéfich.

The Children's Grand Ball took place on Saturday, March 1st: gathering at 2:30 PM in Piazza Michele Ferrero with the Turin masks Gianduja and Giacometta, a parade through the center, and a party at the Palazzo Mostre e Congressi until 7:00 PM, featuring a DJ and a snack provided by the Famija Albèisa. The celebration continued in the districts with the Mussotto Carnival (Sunday, March 2, with the show "La valigia di Zenzero" and a polenta meal, and Fat Tuesday, March 4) and with the Carvé Vej in Piana Biglini on Sunday, March 9, accompanied by a raffle with over 500 prizes in Mussotto.
