Edition 2025 — Alassio and the English

The first edition of Alassio and the English – Since 1875 animated May 2025 with a month of events dedicated to the link between the Riviera town and the British community: historical walks, English cinema, concerts, and convivial moments like the traditional tea time, laying the groundwork for a festival that was later confirmed and expanded in 2026.

The inaugural 2025 edition shaped the idea of a month entirely dedicated to the British soul of Alassio, rediscovered starting from the history of Villa della Pergola and the English community that, since 1875, had chosen the bay as a holiday destination. Among historical-naturalistic walks, film screenings, concerts, and the unmissable English Tea Time, the festival intertwined culture, sport, and tradition, building the format that was later proposed and enriched in the second edition of 2026.
