Edition 2025 — Ai Confini dell'Arte
The ninth edition, from November 14 to December 14, 2025
Ai Confini dell'Arte 2025—subtitled 'performative incursions'—traversed the neighborhoods of East Rome for a month with a program dedicated to artistic process and contemporary performing arts practices. The project, curated by Margine Operativo with artistic direction by Alessandra Ferraro and Pako Graziani, was a winner of the Roma Creativa 365 call by the Department of Culture of Roma Capitale.
Five free workshops were held: 'Unleashing Ghosts from Urban Darkness' with Alessandro Carboni (Nov 14-16, Pigneto), 'Farsi Corpo_Quinto movimento' with Carlo Massari / C&C Company (Nov 21-23, Torpignattara and Parco Giordano Sangalli), 'Tele Urbane' dedicated to videomapping with FLxER / Gianluca Del Gobbo (Nov 26-29, Cinecittà), 'Ti Voglio un Bene Pubblico' with Elisabetta Consonni (Dec 5-7, Quadraro), and 'Limite Superficie Deriva' with Enrico Malatesta on the relationship between sound, space, and body (Dec 11-13, Quadraro). Each workshop concluded with a public presentation and a talk.
Three artistic residencies were hosted at Feel That Swing: 'KASSANDRA_over' by Margine Operativo, 'DEAD RIVER' by Michelle Scappa, and 'GOOD VIBES ONLY_archive' by Francesca Santamaria, each with a public opening. The final day on December 14, at the Biblioteca Cittadini del Mondo, featured the screening of 'Human Landscape/s' and the talk 'Performative practices in public space'.
