Edition 2025 — Agrifest Trisole

The 2025 edition of Agrifest Trisole took place on Sunday, August 17, at Il Frantolio D'Amico in Casalini, Cisternino, celebrating the company's 108 years of activity. A free-admission evening featuring a cultural meeting on the Mediterranean diet, a live concert, guided tours of the mill, extra virgin olive oil tastings, food and wine stalls, a craft market, and children's entertainment in the heart of the Itria Valley.

Agrifest Trisole 2025

The 2025 edition of Agrifest Trisole was held on Sunday, August 17, 2025, in the countryside of Casalini di Cisternino (BR), at the Azienda Agricola Il Frantolio D'Amico, which celebrated its 108 years of activity on that occasion.

The evening, with free admission, opened with a meeting with Vincenza Gianfredi, author of a book dedicated to the Mediterranean diet, in conversation with Mimmo Rogoli, followed by a live concert by Ritmo Binario. The public was able to participate in guided tours of the mill with tastings of Trisole extra virgin olive oil, visit food and wine stalls, browse the craft market, and enjoy entertainment for children. The event was organized in collaboration with the Associazione Noinsieme and the Masserie Didattiche network of the Puglia Region.

Programme

7:00 PM: Meeting with Vincenza Gianfredi, author of a book on the Mediterranean diet, conversation led by Mimmo Rogoli; followed by a live concert by Ritmo Binario. Throughout the evening: guided tours of the mill with extra virgin olive oil tastings, food and wine stalls, craft market, and children's entertainment.
