Edition 2025 — Agosto-Settembre Gualdese

The 2025 edition of Agosto-Settembre Gualdese brought Gualdo Cattaneo back to the Middle Ages, with the challenge between the Monte, Pieve, and Rocca districts, historical parades, taverns, and the usual Palio dell'Arrampicata on a reproduction of the Rocca dei Borgia, in front of the crowds that filled the historic center.

In 2025, the Agosto-Settembre Gualdese once again animated the fortified village of Gualdo Cattaneo, in the province of Perugia, for ten days. The three districts Monte, Pieve, and Rocca competed in medieval-themed events — carts, archery, barrel racing — while the historical parade marched with ladies, knights, musicians, and jesters. The taverns offered traditional Gualdo dishes and local wines. The grand finale was the Palio dell'Arrampicata, the carriers' race with the reproduction of the Rocca dei Borgia to the main square.
