Edition 2025 — Agosto Medievale

In 2025, Agosto Medievale celebrated its 50th anniversary with the exhibition '1975-2025: Fifty Years of Our History'. Between July 21 and August 4, the Raduno della Permissione, the flag wavers' contest, the Notte della Contesa, the Regata dei Sestieri for the Palio Marinaro, and the Notte del Guidernone with the assignment of the municipal palio took place.

The 2025 edition of Agosto Medievale had a special significance, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the event with the exhibition "1975-2025: Fifty Years of Our History" (July 21-August 10). The schedule included the Raduno della Permissione (July 24) with a historical parade and blessing of the palio, the Asteludo flag wavers' contest (July 26), the Notte della Contesa (July 27) with competitions in historical games, medieval reenactments and settings (August 1-4), the Regata dei Sestieri (August 3) on the nautical mile with Ligurian dinghies competing for the Palio Marinaro, and the concluding Notte del Guidernone (August 4) with the awards ceremony and assignment of the municipal palio.
