The 2025 festival: four evenings of tradition after Ferragosto

From August 22 to 25, 2025, Valentano renewed its appointment with its most iconic festival. In Piazza della Vittoria, under the bulk of the Rocca Farnese, the Pro Loco stalls served lamb cooked 'a bujone' according to the traditional recipe, along with 'solco dritto' chickpeas, ricotta tortelli, bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, and wines from the Lake Bolsena area.

The four evenings, with free entry and enlivened by music, confirmed the festival as one of the most popular gastronomic events in Upper Tuscia, capable of attracting visitors from all over the province of Viterbo and nearby Tuscany and Umbria during one of the liveliest weekends of the Lazio summer.
