In 2025, the rural club in Sezzadio, in the province of Alessandria, hosted numerous live concerts, ranging from rock and metal to independent music. The venue in Località Boschi continued to build its reputation among fans in north-western Italy, offering a calendar of intimate and authentic evenings, far from the large arenas.

Cascina Bellaria confirmed itself as a space capable of bringing Italian and international bands from the alternative scene to Piedmont, anticipating the arrival of names of the caliber of Afsky and Yoth Iria in 2026.
