Edition 2025 — Adventskonzert Stiftschor Neustift

The 2025 edition of the Stiftschor Neustift Adventskonzert took place on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 4:30 PM in the Stiftskirche Neustift in Varna/Novacella, with free admission. The concert, titled «Musikalische Kostbarkeiten aus dem Klosterarchiv» (Musical treasures from the monastery archive), featured sacred pieces by ancient Neustift composers alongside traditional Alpine melodies.

Adventskonzert 2025

On Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 4:30 PM, the Stiftskirche Neustift in Varna/Novacella (Province of Bolzano) hosted the Advent concert by the Stiftschor Neustift, titled «Musikalische Kostbarkeiten aus dem Klosterarchiv».

The program alternated sacred pieces by ancient Neustift composers, rediscovered in the abbey's archive, with traditional Alpine melodies. On stage, alongside the choir, were the Flügelhorntrio DOWI on brass and the Geigenmusik MARGRONDA from the Venosta Valley, under the direction of maestro Gernot Niederfriniger. Admission was free.
